The Republican Agenda has failed us.

They have put the health care coverage of 2.7 million New Yorkers at risk and given tax breaks to millionaires in exchange

By passing the American Health Care Act, not only will millions lose access to healthcare  – it will cost our state nearly $7 billion in federal funding for health programs.

What’s at Stake

From women to children to our most vulnerable seniors and low-income families, the AHCA will have a devastating effect on their ability to afford and maintain essential medical services. AHCA is an attack on all New Yorkers because it’s an attack on New York values.

AHCA would provide millionaires with an annual tax cut totaling $40 billion, while 32 million households in poverty would lose $38 billion under AHCA – mostly from cuts to Medicaid and tax credits

But we aren’t backing down. We’re fighting back.

These Republicans doubled down on their ultra-conservative attack on New York.

They’re cutting health services for the middle class and the poor to give tax breaks to millionaires.
